Location

Almazara is located in the Los Velez region in Almeria, the hottest province in Andalucia. The region has an average of more than 3,100 hours of annual sunshine. It is a largely agricultural area but both historically and culturally rich.

The small towns of Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco are just 7 kms away providing local shops, cafes and bars. The larger towns of Puerto Lumbreras and Lorca are approximately 20 kms away.
